Commercial terms

Payments

Payment is generally required in advance unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing before the project begins. Payment methods may vary depending on location, project type, and practical circumstances.

Project timelines begin once required payment has been received and all necessary project materials, instructions, or references have been provided by the client. Delays caused by missing information, incomplete materials, or late communication may affect delivery timelines.

International clients
Payment may be accepted through Payoneer or Bitcoin (BTC), depending on the engagement.
Clients in Pakistan
Payment may be accepted through Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, or local bank transfer.

Payments are non-refundable unless a different arrangement has been clearly agreed before the project begins or unless required otherwise by applicable law.

05
Revision policy

Revisions

Minor revisions may be provided where necessary to ensure that the delivered work aligns with the agreed project scope. Requests that significantly change the original scope, structure, objective, or direction of the project may require additional work and may therefore involve additional cost or revised timelines.

06
Rights and delivery

Ownership of Work

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of the final completed deliverable transfers to the client once full payment has been received. Drafts, working materials, preliminary research notes, structural concepts, and unused content remain the intellectual property of WritersFramework unless specifically included in the agreed deliverable.

  • Ownership of the final agreed deliverable transfers after full payment, unless otherwise stated.
  • Preliminary drafts, notes, and unused concepts are not automatically transferred.
  • WritersFramework may retain the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless confidentiality has been requested and agreed in advance.
